At 7 X With Love Inc., we value your satisfaction with your purchase. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please take a moment to review our return policy below:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and unwashed.
- All tags and labels must be intact and still attached to the item and in its original packaging.
- Items must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear, including stains, odors, or pet hair.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@7xwithlove.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 809 Carman Ave Westbury NY 11590 AFTER APPROVAL. Please do NOT ship items until approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please understand that, as a small store, we do not provide free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note we're also a small store with tight control over inventory, we never send out damaged products to our lovely customers.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
- Intimates (such as underwear and lingerie) are non-refundable.
- Jewelry items are non-refundable.

In-Store Exchange:
- We accept in-store exchanges on certain items. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about eligibility.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards online or in stores.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Offering free returns can create the misconception that returned items can be resold, but in reality, it often leads to disposal, harming the environment. We encourage mindful shopping by taking accurate measurements beforehand to minimize errors. If an item doesn’t fit, consider donating it to support sustainability.
